i came so close to committing a federal offense this morning. i keep getting mail for a former resident. generally i just drop the mail back into the box with a "not at this address" note for the mail man. this particular parcel, however, nearly toppled my postal curiosity. it was clearly not a personal piece and it felt somewhat thick-ish, giving the impression that it contained something truly interesting. in the end i managed to restrain myself and maintain my status as a Law Abiding Citizen.
