i love 7-eleven. it is no doubt #1 on my Favorite Convenience Store list. it actually ranks within my Top 10 All Time Favorite Places to Throw My Money Away list, as well. i would hazard a guess that i have spent upwards of $500 at 7-eleven over the past 5 years - and that does not include gas. my friend, that is a staggering number of slurpees. and most people don't realize that the "Sevy" (as we connoisseurs affectionately refer to it) makes a darn good cup of coffee that rivals any starbucks.

anyhow, this particular monologue was brought on after a stop at the Sevy this a.m. for coffee and donuts (the white powered sugar kind that get all over your black dress pants). i actually had to wait for a parking spot. everybody wants a piece of that action. oh yeah, baby.
