friday came early.

that's what my coworker and i say whenever we hear the door of our boss's office lock shut a little early on a friday afternoon. as soon as we hear the final click of the lock in the frame, we race to see who can shoot off an email to the other one containing only the phrase "friday came early."

and today, my friend, friday has indeed come early.
