i have a friend who is chronically out of toilet paper. pick a time, any random time, to drop by and you will most likely find an absence of this particular paper product. now she is quite considerate, not at all the sort who would leave you to make the unfortunate discovery on your own after having already "committed" to a transaction, so to speak. no, she will set your expectation immediately upon entering her domicile. and she is quick to offer alternative paper products should you not be able to hold your bladder for the duration of the visit.

this friend also frequently calls me and reports that her toilet is stopped up. i've suggested this could be due to the continual flushing of large paper towels wads, but she doesn't seem to think there's a connection...
