it's been a rough day. first i burned my pop tarts -- i'm talkin el charro. apparently someone had turned the toaster on the highest setting. then there was a power failure at work. naturally i hadn't saved my files recently. to make matters worse, when the electricity came back on, a power surge caused flames to come out the back of my computer (real, live, stunk-up-most-of-the-third-floor flames). fortunately, the computer was salvageable and i got everything back. but my cube still stinks.
