i was walking down the hallway yesterday when someone called to me from behind. i turned around and saw a woman whom i had met once over a coffee refill. she has addressed me by name ever since (i can't stand that - i want everyone to be as bad with names as i am).

random lady: "hey, didn't i see your name on the list of march birthdays?!"
carrie: nods head in affirmation
random lady: "i'm a march, too. go aries!!"
carrie: puts on nice smile and says "yeah!!", but is really thinking "umm...yeah"

surely i must have a sign on me that says "come up to me and say random things to which i could not possibly have an appropriate response."
