i went to the gap to look for jeans...again. i am in total denial that their jeans don't fit. this fall i went six times (or was it seven?) and tried on the SAME pair of jeans. every time they looked bad. i kept thinking that maybe i was mistaken and that they really were as cute on me as they were on the hanger, but it wasn't so. after today's trip, it apparently still isn't so. at least today i tried on a different style. however, i must confess that i've tried those on at least once before. i just can't bring myself to believe that there's not a single pair in all of the gap collection that would look decent on my behind. this is ridiculous.
