Mission #6: Track & Field: Hop, Skip & Jump Competition
Your challenge is to incorporate a hop, skip or jump into all your movements today. Whether standing and chatting with a coworker, strolling down the hall to a meeting, running around the corner for a cup 'o joe or just working in your cube -- it's always a good time to practice your HS&J! The choice is yours--feel free to mix and match the HS&J at will.
Remember, if anyone asks, no explanations are allowed. Appropriate responses include:
* What hop?
* I'm just feeling really happy today.
* I always walk like this...
* Oh I'm sure Carl Lewis (Marion Jones) trains constantly too.
* Obviously, I didn't want to trip over that.
* It just makes me feel creative.
Give yourself 10 Bonus points for everyone person who responds w/ the oh-so-brilliant response: "Whatever."
