ladies and gentlemen, stretch your stomachs

There are two schools of thought when it comes to prepping oneself for Thanksgiving Dinner (TGD). Trust me, I've done extensive market research and there are only two. They are as follows:
  1. Eat very little the week of TG so that you can totally pork out come TGD.
  2. Slowly increase your caloric intake and/or metric weight of the food you consume all week in order to stretch your stomach in preperation to accommodate TGD.
I highly recommend the latter.
