But I heard anyway. I was on a mission when I hit the doors of Barnes and Noble today (once again, Half Price failed me). On my way to the fiction session (letter "P), I had to pass the information booth and heard a gentleman ask LOUDLY, "I'M LOOKING FOR A BOOK ON CHOLESTEROL DIETS FOR MY WIFE."
He may have been hard of hearing but the rest of us in the store were not. The high-cholesterol wife was not present, but I am sure she would not have appreciated this very personal broadcast.
